Enjoyed my excellent stay for the second visit. The hotel had an amazing location quite close to Plaza del Carmen. On top of that, restaurants and casinos were close to the property.

The double room turned out to be reasonably spacious with a balcony. The location was amazing, right next to Plaza del Carmen. We were close to major attractions like Palacio Real, Gran Via, and the city center.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room was reasonably spacious and had a mini bar, central heating, and a personal safe. The staff was courteous. The breakfasts were good, with healthy food options for everyone.

The location in a shopping area was absolutely perfect and amazing and there were a shopping centre and a main shopping street nearby. Enjoyed the way our well-appointed double room with a balcony was arranged🙂

The venue is in a fantastic location in the heart of Madrid, right by the main shopping street and attractions. The room is very big, and the hotel provides a healthy breakfast and wake-up service. The food options offered are great.

Everything is really good here, had a very very good stay for the second visit. Very amiable and attentive people that welcomes you in. Plus, the location is magnificent and perfect, minutes from a large urban plaza. What's more, it's in a shopping area close enough to Metro Stations …, bars and the center of Madrid. The downstairs bar is a nice plus.
